To arrange a collection, click on Arrange a collection in the left navigation within the E-Shipping tab, then click on either 'From me' or 'From a different address'.

• Collection details
  Complete all mandatory fields, when all necessary information has been entered, click on the 'create' button and your collection will then be confirmed and you will be given a collection reference number.
