Notes: DPD Europe by Road service

  1. All rates are in £ sterling and for pre-paid export consignments from the UK.
  2. Extended liability is available at a charge of 1% of the goods value, minimum charge £7.00 up to a maximum liability of £15,000.
  3. An additional charge of £25 will be made for customs clearance for non-EU destinations subject to terms of shipment, except Bulgaria which will incur an additional £35.

  5. When the volume of goods exceeds 4.0 cubic metres per tonne, the company charge on whatever is the greatest, volume or weight.
  6. All rates are quoted excluding VAT.
  7. for heavyweight deliveries add 1-2 days to the transit times shown.
  8. The sender is liable for all non-paid duty and VAT by the receiver when delivery has been made.  An additional administration charge of £10.00 or 2% of the value, whichever is greater, will apply.  The sender will also be liable for all costs relating to any goods returned due to non-payment of Duty and VAT.
