When will my parcel arrive?

Change Delivery To Safe Place If you won't be home to receive your parcel, arrange for your parcel to be delivered to a safe place at the same address. Change My Delivery Day Choose the most convenient delivery day for you, from Monday to Friday.
Collect from local depot

If it's more convenient to collect your parcel from the local depot, you can arrange to do that here.

Upgrade My Delivery

Select a time slot that fits with your schedule.

Choose from by 10:00 or by 12:00. Please note additional charges apply.

Change My Delivery Address

Nominate another property in the same postcode as the original delivery. If you want us to redeliver to a different postcode please contact your sender for permission.

Rearrange Collection

If you are unable to be available for our driver to collect your parcel, arrange for it be collected on an alternative date
