Interact is fully automated and works on any touch-tone phone. Simple step-by-step instructions guide you though the entire process.

To track a parcel, you will need:

  • Your consignment number
  • Your fax number and account name (to receive a faxed copy of the delivery signature)

To arrange a collection, you will need:

  • Your account number
  • Your postcode details for verification
  • Number of parcels to be collected
  • The time when your premises close
  • For collections from third parties you will have the option to be connected to your local depot.

For sales and account enquiries all you will need is a touch tone phone. This option will be available from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
