To track a parcel, you will need:
- Your consignment number
- Your fax number and account name (to receive a faxed copy of the delivery signature)
To arrange a collection, you will need:
- Your account number
- Your postcode details for verification
- Number of parcels to be collected
- The time when your premises close
- For collections from third parties you will have the option to be connected to your local depot.
For sales and account enquiries all you will need is a touch tone phone. This option will be available from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
